You don't have to face life's challenges alone. I am available to work with clients throughout Georgia. I have extensive experience helping clients work through trauma, improve communication skills, decrease stress, and build additional coping strategies in order to improve their current quality of life. I have been fortunate to be part of each client's journey, and have heard so many report positive benefits of therapy. My goal is to provide unconditional positive regard for my clients and to provide attentive, specialized therapeutic services. I am comfortable working with individuals from all cultures and lifestyles.
My specialties include supportive therapy, strategies to improve interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and stress management. I also utilize the most current evidence-based treatments, including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy.
I work with many diverse client populations. Current clients include business owners, executives, healthcare professionals, school personnel, military service members and families, college students and staff, and Gulfstream employees. I am also a trained practitioner of EMDR, a technique to assist individuals with trauma and anxiety reduction.
