I can help you access strengths, boundaries, add communication approaches and self-care skills to feel more empowered while moving through change as well as when the dust settles.
What sets my practice apart is my background as a Nurse Practitioner and as a Psychotherapist. This combination helps me look at each client as a whole person with a unique set of societal, cultural and individual influences on their wellbeing.
