Hello I'm Angela Rudner, LICSW, and I'd like to welcome you to my psychotherapy practice. I have been practicing social work for 16 years. Do you have stress, depression, or anxiety related problems? I work with adults, college students, adolescents, teens, young adults, seniors and people engaged in the arts. Areas of focus include: stress, anxiety, depression, emotional abuse, work related, and family of origin issues . My approach includes the following therapeutic modalities: Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I am dedicated to improving the mental health and well being of people going through transitions or dealing with life's problems. My approach is holistic and I believe in the power of healing on all levels: mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I welcome all to my practice.
