As a therapist, I lend an empathic ear and help clients explore and re-wire old issues, so they can become more resilient.
I have worked with adults in my practice for over 30 years. I specialize in trauma, grief, relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and performance issues. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and have co-authored two books on sexuality, "Shared Intimacies" and "The Intimate Male". I am also certified in two trauma modalities - EMDR and Brainspotting.
We all have a part of our mind-body-spirit that wants to go towards health and resilience. Within the context of a safe and attuned relationship, I help clients find ways to harness that innate drive.

Women sexuality group
This short-term (10 session) group is for women who want to develop a greater sense of sexual intimacy with their partners. It is designed to help women achieve greater sexual fulfillment, understand female/male physiology, overcome negative sexual messages and inhibitions, and resolve issues of low sexual desire, painful intercourse, or difficulty achieving orgasm. The sessions include videos, slides, discussion, and homework assignments.
