Having worked in this field since 1994, I've developed a deep respect for each individual's story and their need to be seen and heard. I want to provide my clients with a safe space to feel those things and to get the highest quality service to help them achieve their goals. I will work in a way that builds on strengths and potential. I believe the most productive therapy environment is one of mutual trust, skill, compassion and kindness! Remote teletherapy allows clients to have their sessions from anywhere in Utah at a time that fits their schedules!
Working remotely is a great way for me to reach out to all areas of Utah! I know that some individuals live in rural areas or are homebound and cannot get to a therapy office, or some prefer a much more private setting. Therapy can be done from your own home where you feel the most comfortable and don't have to fight traffic or bad weather.
I specialize in the treatment of adolescents, women's issues and those struggling with mental health disorders. Sometimes, my clients are just needing a "reboot" or some wellness advice.
