Therapy helps to deepen our understanding of ourselves, improve our relationships and give us a richer, more balanced life. I am committed to helping clients overcome adversity, gain personal insight and improve their intimate relationships. I see clients struggling with depression/ anxiety, self-esteem, grief, interpersonal relationship issues and life-transitions. I specialize in working with adult women, and specialized training in postpartum stress. I also have experience successfully working with male clients, particularly around intimacy, life transitions and interpersonal communication skills.
I hold a post-graduate certificate from the highly-regarded Postpartum Stress Center and have continued my post graduate training in maternal mental health for the past 20 years. Helping parents as they navigate the fragile and stressful period post-birth is one of my deepest passions.
When we're feeling overwhelmed, asking for help can feel like a monumental step. I will meet you where you are as we explore the unique issues that brought you to therapy. Whether we need to target specific symptoms that are interfering with your daily life or examine long-standing issues, therapy can help you to feel better!
