I work with adults, couples, and families who are facing a wide range of issues, such as depression, trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulty and the effects of major life transitions. My counseling approach focuses on assisting clients to develop healthy relationships, to work through individual, couple, and intergenerational trauma, and to understand unknown aspects of the self. We work together for you to develop greater insight, self-understanding, and healing, helping to build a vital sense of consciousness, authenticity, and meaning.
I work individually and with couples and families to go deep in their explorations in order to orient the work toward shorter term healing and gratifying outcomes, often utilizing 2 hour, or more, long sessions.
