With teens and adults, I use mindfulness and different therapies depending on what is needed. My practice includes extra training in issues surrounding ADHD/autism symptoms, attachment and adoption struggles as well as addressing effects of trauma. Trauma effects can result from divorce to domestic violence. As a part of these struggles, symptoms such as anxiety, depression, grief and challenging behaviors may be seen. .
Because I do my own scheduling, I have more flexibility in how and when we schedule sessions to meet your needs.
