Are you tired of repeating the same old patterns? Feel like you've tried everything you know? Don't give up. I'm willing to go all in. My style is relational, straightforward, and genuine. I enjoy working with couples and individuals who are seeking deeper connections relationally. I seek to help heal developmental trauma and attachment wounds experienced by individuals and couples. I also have experience and interest helping neurodivergent people understand themselves better and develop neurodivergent-affirming coping strategies.
I have training in Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapy (DARTT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT, CBT, and the Gottman Method for couples. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, PDA Autism, suicide, self-harm, trauma, BPD, parent coaching, and couples issues.
I believe therapy should be experienced as a balance between warmth and understanding and learning concrete strategies. Genuineness, curiosity, and compassion are core values of mine. I feel strongly that therapy should be a collaborative experience. It takes courage to talk about issues that affect you deeply. It is an honor to be invited in as a witness.

Sometimes overcontrol can lead to hiding our true emotions from others or expressing emotions other than what we really feel; becoming hyper-detail focused and overly cautious; rigidity and rule-governed behavior; an aloof and distant style of relating; and high social comparison and envy/bitterness. RO DBT Skills Class can help you practice openness to feedback and new experiences, flexibility when the environment changes, and building social connectedness. This is an in-person-only class. $75 per class.
