I am extremely good at working with teens, MFT interns who are looking to do some interpersonal work while gaining their 3000 hrs., blended families, divorce Recovery, Drug and Alcohol abuse/use, Gay and Lesbian, grief and loss, as well as Parent/Child Conflicts. I enjoy working with the above clients as well as receiving the internal benefits of watching my clients grow. I receive a "natural high" by working with and helping clients find their true selves. I believe the work I do help my clients enrich their personal and relational growth s well as enhance their emotional healing.

I use CBT/DBT mind, body and spirit are essential components to healing. I specialize in parent/child conflicts, teens with overt behaviors, troubled teens, teens struggling with the transition of life, coaching and self-actualization, stress management, gay and lesbian issues, interpersonal relationships, divorce recovery.

Psychotherapy can provide the ceremonial time/space for honoring one's movement, on both emotional and intellectual thru important life passages. I utilize CBT/DBT, emotionally focused therapy, mindfullness, deep breathing as well as incorporate spirituality into my practice (self-actualization, mindlfullness, emotionally focused therapy.)
