We join with families in successful resolution of life-cycle transitions, parenting conflicts, blended family concerns, and extended family conflicts. We collaborate with individuals to build strong self-concepts, and improve daily and relational functioning.
Helping my clients feel safe in sessions is important. With my training in research supported Emotion-Focused Therapy I am able to join my clients in their frustration and anger with compassion and understanding. Together, we uncover the blocks to forgiveness and getting their needs met in healthy ways.

Premarital Counseling
A maximum of 4 couples will meet to discuss the most common topics in marriage. An online assessment gives the facilitator and couple an overview of their strengths and areas of growth. Workbooks provided. Couples will receive education and participate in activities . Lunch is provided. Upon completion, each couple will receive a certificate for $60 off their Texas Marriage License and a coupon for a free post marriage check-up consultation with the facilitator. Couples who have children from previous relationships are encouraged to attend the session specifically addressing unique concerns for blending families.
