Do you need help you with depression, anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks, grief or something you can't even name? Are you struggling in a relationship? Are you dealing with medical issues that greatly affect your life? Have you experienced something significantly stressful and need a safe person to talk to about it? Have you experienced trauma recently or in the past and need help getting past it? These and many other issues have brought people to my practice over the past 14 years. I am currently available for in-person sessions within two weeks, and I may be able to see you virtually sooner.
I teach coping skills, and I am in training for a certification in EMDR to treat those with trauma and many other issues. I practice other types of therapy, but my approach is eclectic. If I think you or your child will benefit from a technique from one type and a technique from another, I will use those. (please note: I don't treat couples)
I welcome a phone call to determine whether I can help you or your child and let you ask questions about me or the work I do. My intent is never to get a client in the door but to get a client into the correct door. If I do not believe I can give you appropriate care, I will tell you.
