Are you and your partner struggling to communicate? Does it feel like the same recurring arguments without any resolution? Has conflict created distance in your relationship? As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I help couples develop the tools needed to improve communication and deepen understanding in their relationship. Practical feedback and collaboration are essential in my work with couples. I utilize the Gottman method to provide couples with science based tools that extend beyond the therapy room.
Helping couples strengthen their foundation is key. With the right tools, I believe that couples can address any issue; from the division of household labor and parenting, to in-laws, finances and affair recovery. Building emotional connection and intimacy is also an important focus in my work with couples.
I am a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. I have also completed Level 3 training of the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. For couples needing more than weekly sessions, I also offer One-on-One weekend intensives.
