My practice is dedicated to the psychological health and well-being of women and children. I provide counseling for professional women, young adults, single women, moms and single parents. This includes help in navigating difficult relationships, experiences, emotions and life changes.
On the child/adolescent side, I provide individualized, developmentally sensitive individual therapy along with parent consultation. I offer support for teen social/emotional issues. Much of my child/adolescent practice is currently focused on middle and high schoolers.
