I'd like to offer you a warm welcome to Unstuck Therapy where I specialize in men's issues and LGBTQ+ individuals. I know that life's challenges can often get in our way causing us to get stuck in our relationships, our jobs, our choices, and even our own heads. However, I also know that each of us has the ability to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. I have had the privilege of helping people find joy and contentment by providing a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space. I am a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) and provide talk therapy to adults. My focus is to better understand how we can stay with ourselves in times of hardship. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relational issues, and self-acceptance. Many people on my caseload are Gamers who work as software developers or those in the IT/tech Industry.
