I help people overcome issues of the past and to develop a plan for the future. I've worked with individuals, couples, and families and have specialized in trauma, addictions, family of origin issues, mood disorders including depression and anxiety and relationship issues. My ideal client is anyone who is seeking change in their lives and is motivated to work hard to gain freedom from past pains that are negatively impacting their lives.
I have two decades of experience and have worked with many types of issues and people. Confidence and compassion alongside clinical training and expertise to guide treatment planning. I value collaboration with clients on the best course for our work together.
I lived in Wyoming for 25 years and have recently relocated to Nevada to be closer to family. I maintain my Wyoming licensure to continue to work with Wyoming residents. I exclusively offer virtual sessions and many find being able to have sessions in the privacy of their home to be relaxing and comforting.
