My goal is to come along side you by engaging in conversation that brings healing, builds your coping skills, and provides education and resources encouraging your growth and change. I will partner with you to improve your quality of life by bringing clarity, curiosity and compassion to whatever you are experiencing, whether depression, anxiety, out of control emotions, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, a life transition, grief, or an issue uniquely yours. I work with individuals from 18 to older adults and am an approved Medicare provider. I have chosen Internal Family Systems Therapy as my preferred modality. I bring to my counseling the knowledge gained through extensive experience leading psycho-educational support groups for general life challenges and for survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I also participated in a WSU research project as a group facilitator offering intervention and support for seniors with mild cognitive impairment.
