Life is messy, relationships are difficult, and struggling alone is overwhelming. We need supportive relationships to get our needs met and we need awareness of our own relational style to build those relationships. This includes how we engage with others, the assumptions we make, and how we manage ruptures. I believe we are only as happy and healthy as the communities that support us, so seeking additional community connections is an important part of my approach. We all need support to integrate the frequently demanding and often competing parts of their lives.

I have a diverse combination of experience in psychotherapy, cognitive psychology research, corporate technology, and organization development. This allows me to understand the complex experiences clients have in different personal and professional settings. I especially enjoy working with organizational leaders.

My therapy modality is Relational Gestalt guided by Trauma Responsiveness and Social Justice. I am collaborative and work from a Harm Reduction stance. Working with me often feels like a combination of psychotherapy and executive coaching. I am happy to tell you more about what all of that means and figure out if we are a good fit to work together.

Weekly support for licensed/pre-licensed therapists. Let’s build community; avoid isolation; manage stress and burnout; and grow and shape our identities as therapists. We will hold space for emotional processing, sharing resources, and supporting clinical practice. Facilitators: Dan Fink and Meredith Siller have years of group facilitation experience, including process groups, psycho-educational groups, and training and mentoring therapists. Weekly group for anybody who loves video games. A space to share how video games support us, entertain us, and enrich our lives. Share how video games connect to who we are, how we feel about ourselves, and how we connect with others. Group will be a resource for supporting us to engage in video games mindfully and intentionally. Open drop-in group starting May 8, 2024. Wednesdays, 4 pm to 5:30 pm, via Zoom.
