I work with the person's own strengths and abilities to help each person achieve their fullest potential. I have experience working with and enjoy treating a variety of symptoms and issues including depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, victims of abuse, PTSD, stress management, phase of life issues, grief and loss, relationship stressors, academic and vocational issues.
Through multiple therapeutic techniques including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused, mindfulness, play therapy, and Motivational Interviewing I work with each client to assist them in developing their own insight and positive change.
