I work with individuals to assist in managing personal, relational, social and workplace difficulties. I specialize in marriage and family systems. I am trained to help facilitate family interactions and work toward couple and family solutions. The process is an opportunity to help a marriage or family learn new and healthy ways to interact.
Along with my training as a marriage and family counselor, I have completed extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) from the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). Additionally I am trained in EMDR.
