I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in individual and family therapy. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor with over 15 years in the mental health field. I have worked in residential treatment, child welfare and private practice.
I create a supportive environment where you can gain insight, feel hope and improve relationships. I use a variety of modalities including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment therapy, and sand tray and expressive therapies. The interventions I use are specifically adapted to match the needs of the individual/family.
I chose this profession because I am passionate about serving and strengthening others. I earned my Bachelor's degree from University of Utah and my Master's degree from the University of Phoenix. I enjoy working with individuals and with children of all ages and their families.
