I offer the following services to children, adolescents and families: individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, psycho-educational evaluations, ADD/ADHD evaluations and consultation with school staff. I have experience working with the following issues/concerns: anxiety, depression,self-injurious behavior, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, bullying, conflict resolution, anger management, and stress/coping skills.
I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral therapy treatment model (focusing on the connection between thoughts, feelings and actions) while incorporating several mind-body techniques (yoga, meditation, mindfulness). I also work with athletes and performers using a sport psychology approach.
