If you are feeling depressed, having frequent worry, losing sleep at night due to work or personal stress or just not feeling like yourself, having a supportive and kind counselor can help.
It’s been my privilege for over twelve years to help individuals cope with depression, anxiety, life adjustments and trauma. Life's demands can leave us all feeling overwhelmed and out of control at times; however, you don't have to struggle alone. Counseling provides a safe and comforting environment for working through these challenges.
