Dr. Gottesfeld received his Doctorate in School and Child Psychology from Yeshiva University's Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in 1991. After working as the Clinical Director at the Lorge School in Manhattan from 1991-1993. he then worked as the lower school psychologist at the Windward School in White Plains from 1993-2002.
Dr. Gottesfeld is a frequent participant in CSE meetings, testifies at Impartial Hearings on behalf of his patients, and consults with private and public schools. He has also presented various workshops at the Windward School Teacher Training Institute, and lectures on differential diagnosis, psycho-educational assessment, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disabilities and anxiety.
