Welcome. I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience. I strive to offer an empathic and eclectic approach in my work, yet one where we collaborate to address the issues and goals that YOU identify. Whether you're facing life transitions, loss, or challenges in your family or work life, therapy can help you achieve your capacity for growth, change, and self-awareness. We will identify any patterns that may have you feeling "stuck," to help you move forward effectively. I have worked for 24 years at NY Presbyterian Hospital, and have training in CBT, DBT, as well as supportive and psychodynamic treatment.
I work to foster collaboration and strengths. I am comfortable working with all age groups, and often present to various local schools and community organizations. I enjoy working with those from a creative background as well. As your therapist, we will work to identify the skills needed to lead a more fulfilling life, all while gaining the gift of insight.

Recovery-Oriented Group Psychotherapy
Now meeting in person, and open to adults ages 35 and over, who are looking to consolidate the skills needed to maintain their recovery from chronic mental health issues. We use an eclectic blend of best-practice techniques, including CBT, mindfulness/relaxation, combined with a great deal of education and resources, all with an extremely supportive group of peers!
