My areas of expertise are addressing issues of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and life transitions. Sessions help you improve your happiness, find balance and unlock your innate connection to self, others and the world. My services are provided via my private practice, Evolve MindBody Wellness LLC. Practicing since 2000, I provide individual counseling to those in AZ, yet life coaching services across the globe.
My approach is eclectic, incorporating various treatment modalities into the counseling and coaching process. I address the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional aspects, treating the "whole" person. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and caring environment so that the journey of healing and growth can begin. I also offer equine-assisted sessions.
As a classically trained therapist and graduate of NYU, I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as EMDR, CBT and Mindfulness techniques. Most importantly though, the focus is on you! Our work together is built on a genuine, therapeutic relationship of respect and trust..motivating you to evolve into the best version of yourself!
