With over 20 years experience, my specialty is working with individuals who have experienced a traumatic event(s), suffers from anxiety and / or panic attacks as well as those simply having a difficult time dealing with everyday stressors of life, just to name a few. If you often ask yourself "How do I keep ending up here?" then I may be the therapist for you. My approach to therapy is somewhat unique. I use a mindfulness based psychological approach: which entails simply asking the question 'How am I adding to my own stress?' a primary focus on the intersection of 'anxieties' and mindfulness.
Though mindfulness is such a catch phrase today...I personally have been actively studying and practicing mindfulness / meditation for over 10 years....so I can honestly say - I practice what I teach. The only way I can walk with you on your journey ... is because I walk as well.
