I use a cognitive approach to therapy, which is effective in helping clients improve their understanding of themselves. My goal is to provide you with a safe and honest environment in which to do this work. I have a well established practice in center city Philadelphia, where I see adults and children for a variety of issues. I have particular expertise in adjustment issues, work and school problems, relationship issues, divorce and co-parenting, reunification, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, abuse, women's issues, and elder transition.
My approach to all types of issues is holistic. For example, my divorce and co-parenting concentration focuses on helping adults and children adjust to the changing family unit at any and all stages of the process. I am a trained divorce mediator.
