I have openings! When an atmosphere of trust and collaboration is created, healing can begin. My clients have shared with me that I am amicable and non-judgmental, warm hearted with a sense of humor and play. Within this space, clients who are learning to live with problems like a change in life, addiction or trauma can explore their life experiences, learn to use their current strengths and add new skills to move towards their goal. It takes time and patience, honesty and courage, plus support to look at one's self and stick with new thoughts and behaviors.
I love what I do for a living. I enjoy my clients and celebrate their recovery. My clinical focus in the past several years has been in life transitions and trauma, but I have spent time working with youth in play and talk therapy. I have completed my certification in EMDR & Brainspotting, and am trained in Internal Family Systems, Life & ADHD Coaching.
I work with people who are thinking about making changes in their lives so that they feel more purposeful, satisfied and peaceful with themselves. But change can be hard sometimes and having someone be open, honest and caring can make a tremendous difference in that process. Thank you.
