In therapy, issues to be resolved will be addressed with the idea that self-awareness leads to choice, responsibility and change.
My specialties and interests include anxiety (general, social, panic, phobias), depression, self esteem, self-worth and identity issues, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and life stage transitions.
