I seek to assist individuals, couples, families, and organizations to resolve a wide range of difficulties and achieve their goals. I offer traditional talk therapy for adolescents and adults, online counseling, play therapy, parent coaching, consulting services, testing and assessments, trauma resolution therapy, equine assisted therapy and organizational effectiveness programs and services.
In my 18 years of practice, I've worked extensively with children, adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, anger, behavioral problems, grief/loss, adjustment issues, and many other difficulties.
My approach to treatment is to develop an individualized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of each client.
