I Am Ready, Counseling Services is a private practice offering individual, couples and family therapy. I specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders. I diagnose and treat, using a variety of techniques. Some include using a realistic approach as well as hypnotherapy to guide clients though the process of therapy.
I have been a therapist specializing in anxiety and depression over the past 25 years. I have seen many a client suffering from these disorders. These clients are now happy, joyous and free using the coping skills and tools I have taught them.
I am a quadriplegic after breaking my neck in a car accident 37 years ago. Due to this, I have experienced depression, anxiety, and PTSD, not to mention Co-Dependency and alcoholism in my own family. My personal experiences have helped me better understand and empathize with my clients making me a very successful therapist.
