NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. For the past 18 years, I've had the privilege of helping people of all ages through life challenges and heal from difficult experiences. Clients experience long-term change, due to interventions that are healing, supportive, and empowering. Trust and safety are established in an environment where people can feel understood, respected, and never judged, which is the most important thing to me to provide, as a therapist. Asking for help can be difficult and takes courage. I admire anyone willing to explore therapy as an opportunity for growth and healing.
My work focuses on stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship problems, self-esteem, PTSD, and many others. I'm EMDR trained and use this for treating the above issues. EMDR is extremely effective in helping people reach goals and make long-lasting changes. "Managing" symptoms is not my goal. Healing is.
As a therapist working with children, adults, families, and couples, I'm empathetic to the challenges life presents to all of us at various ages. My focus is to determine the "roots" of these challenges to provide interventions and strategies that create long-lasting results, not simply temporary relief.
