I am experienced in working with individuals therapeutically in various mental health settings, including community mental health clinics, hospitals, and in private practice. My treatment approaches include utilizing a whole-person perspective, building effective coping strategies, and building perspectives that lead individuals toward finding personal meaning. Helping professionals overcome symptoms of burnout, and women’s mental health across the lifespan are of special interest to me. Each new life stage presents new challenges and opportunities for personal growth.
In clinical practice, I use integrative therapeutic approaches (cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, motivational, solution-focused, person-centered & existential frameworks) to help my clients achieve change and meaning in life.
I am dedicated to helping people find ways that work best for their individual needs and circumstances. Identifying personal strengths and increasing the ability to cope with difficult life experiences are important tools for healing. Setting meaningful treatment goals for lasting positive life changes and long-term personal growth are essential.
