Are you feeling motivated for change and healing but unsure where to start? For a lot of women it can be hard and unclear how to start that journey... this is where a skilled and certified EMDR therapist can help you heal and reconnect to your mind and body to move forward. We move methodically to build trust and emotional safety. Together we collaborate to guide you towards your goals. For more info please visit Emdria.org
I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. EMDR is a way for us to process events in a safe environment to help decrease distress from those events. It is very effective and powerful. By meeting weekly, we can reduce and healing from anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and much more.
As an EMDR therapist, I am person-centered, strength-based, and holistic. I believe in supporting women where they are at while I work with you to build confidence and motivation to make changes. I have a mind, body, and spirit approach to your care. You are the expert in your life and I am there to support your growth.
