My ideal client is someone who is looking to help change and/or cope with his/her problems/issues. I have worked with a wide variety of issues and treatment modalities. I find that working with anxiety and mood disorders such as depression and bipolar, are best suited to my abilities. I also enjoy teaching others how to raise his/her self-esteem and how to have a more positive outlook on life. Lastly, I really enjoy helping others discover their full potential and teach them how to use that to better themselves.

My training was focused around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) but I also use other theories as well. Since everyone is different, I will tailor the right theory to the individual, giving them a more individualized approach.

I love learning new approaches and strive to learn the best approach to help my client. This is accomplished both through collaboration with other professionals and through attending seminars.
