My training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based practice that teaches clients how to understand and manage their emotions. An emphasis is placed on accepting where you are now, while moving towards change. This reduces judgment and improves self-worth.
I'm an interactive therapist that hopes to keep you intrigued and leaving each session feeling empowered and informed of a new skill. I've won leadership/clinical awards because of my creative approach which has been instrumental in helping clients achieve their treatment goals. I stay informed of the latest research/techniques through continuing education.
