I am a Psychotherapist in practice for 39 years. I work with clients from age 13 to 64 with depression, mood disorder, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, and bi-polar disorders. My focus is client centered helping you to reach your goals. My values are to serve, teach, and implement effective ways to cope and enhance quality of life. I believe that everyone, at times, needs support in their life to deal with life stressors and together we can make decisions and learn to cope.
I focus on Anxiety to reduce stress and ritualistic behaviors. With Bipolar I help to regulate mood and teach coping skills. For individuals with PTSD I focus on thought processes to change behaviors. I help parents with behavioral management issues and assist with developing coping skills for ADHD in both children and adults.
I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and focus on trauma informed treatment for individuals with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
