My work is based on an integrative approach to your well-being. I work as a mind-body coach, life coach, and mindfulness expert, addressing each client holistically. As an Emory-trained, certified coach (CHC), clinical counselor, and mindfulness teacher, I bring a wealth of skills. I utilize EFT/EMDR also to help clients release fear and negative patterns.
