I believe that everyone has the potential to heal, grow, change, and live a life of purpose and meaning. I offer an accepting, nonjudgmental environment and I aim to meet people where ever they are in life. I believe my warm, genuine nature helps to create a strong therapeutic relationship that can foster the growth many are looking for. My specialty is in trauma healing, which includes working with symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and unhealthy patterns or addiction. My hope is to help people reconnect to their body as part of the healing process, shifting towards ways to thrive rather than just survive their experience.

I work primarily from a somatic perspective, meaning a focus on the body and the ways that we hold stress and trauma. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and have trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Resilience and Regulation (SRR), Relational Bodywork and Somatic Education (BASE), Natural Processing, and EMDR.

Therapy can be a difficult but rewarding process. It takes courage to embark on such a journey and I work towards a respectful, collaborative experience. I encourage my clients to take an empowered, active role in their therapy, recovery, and their lives.
