My approach to therapy is holistic. I address the past and present, as well as the mind and body. Together we will explore the impacts of earlier experiences, such as abuse, trauma, and negative relationships, on your current life.
I am a certified EMDR therapist. In addition, I use a range of approaches including Somatic Experiencing, ego state therapy, mindfulness, and guided imagery to process memories and feelings, and to help you develop skills to cope with current life issues. My aim is to support you become the full you, the person that you are meant to become.
