Couples face a wide range of challenges in their relationships. I am here to work with you to build a more secure, intimate relationship that supports your emotional, sexual and spiritual connection. I provide groups/retreats for couples as an accelerated "learning lab" for healing through-out the year. Click the Group page to see my next group. I work, as well, with individuals ages 16 and older with issues from various traumas related to grief, anxiety and depression, and coping with adjustment to life circumstances.
I work collaboratively with my clients drawing from solution focused approaches, human development and body-mind techniques to enhance integration. I assist people in harnessing their own inner resources to walk them on the path of healing.
Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) and Brainspotting are forms of energy psychology I use to help people release trauma or blocks to healing. Greater self-acceptance and personal stability are possible. Mindfulness based thought and emotion training, including DBT Skills, help to sustain the positive shifts you make for your life.

Being able to securely rest in the love and good will of our spouse is usually a strong component of our dream for marriage. When that goes awry it shakes our foundation and brings deep disappointment that often gets acted out in anger and bitterness. This course is 8 weeks on Tuesday evenings to help us recenter in our marriage and support the growth of a new strength together.
