I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples in outpatient and community mental health settings as both a therapist and a leader.
I provide a non-judgemental, safe space to explore your stuck places. I have advanced training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method.
I have lived and worked abroad in Asia and Europe. I am a cancer survivor and appreciate the unique struggles that one faces when living with a chronic illness. I believe that every counseling relationship enriches both the counselor and client's life.
