I have a passion for working with adult clients to identify strengths and use them to improve well-being in all areas of life. I believe that therapy must be a partnership between the client and the therapist, and I will help you set and achieve your goals for wellness. I have worked with many different populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including those dually diagnosed with mental health and addiction issues. I approach counseling from a positive, non-judgmental and respectful place. I love to help clients grow in their understanding and ability to cope!
I utilize many different treatment approaches, depending on the needs of each client. Just as every person is unique, so too are their struggles and the potential solutions to those struggles. Counseling with me often involves supportive listening, looking for different perspectives, and teaching new approaches that can be more helpful in clients' lives.
