What all parents want is to successfully launch their children as independent adults. This can be a daunting task in today's world. The time to identify and solve problems in this process is as early as possible. I offer both short-term and long-term interventions for children and the adults in their lives. I also work with adults to help you identify and change stuck patterns of thought and feeling to move ahead in life.

I have extensive training and experience in treating children who have experienced the effects of trauma, adoption, and family stress.
