I use talk therapy and neurofeedback to help clients calm their minds/brains and reduce their anxiety. I use Collaborative Couples Therapy (CCT) with couples, helping each partner to control his/her emotions and to verbalize his/her hidden dreams and needs.
For trauma and emotional issues I help clients explore their old hurts. I use talk therapy, EMDR, mindfulness and dialectical behavioral therapy in my work. I have worked with clients traumatized by physical/sexual abuse or wounds from their past. Many clients find these protocols effective in resolving their issues.
