It means a lot to me to be able to work with adolescents. As a teenager, you may feel lost, trying to figure out who you are, and who you want to become. In this safe space, we can work together, sorting through your thoughts and feelings, making sense of a potentially stressful phase of life.
In my work with both adolescents and adults, I utilize an integrative approach to treatment, consisting of components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strength-Based Therapy. I place major emphasis on providing Trauma Informed Care.
