In recent years, I have narrowed my focus to working with clients searching for meaning and purpose in one's life, adjusting to significant life events and most recently specializing in resolving marital/family conflict and working with families through divorce.
Aside from providing my clients with a safe and open space to be themselves, I believe I offer support and unconditional positive regard for my clients while they walk through their life experiences. I am skilled in CBT and Solution Focused Brief Therapy in an effort of maximizing our time together and helping you meet your therapeutic goals faster!
