I have specialized in trauma & PTSD recovery for over ten years. Using a blend of Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, together we will identify your 'emotional blueprint' (the reason why you do and are the way you are) as well as initiate the process of long-term, life changing healing.
