At Stepping Stone Therapy, we use modern, evidence-based assessment tools to explore the causes of your struggles.

I've conducted evaluations for over 10 years and I teach doctoral students how to conduct assessments. Throughout the entire process, I'll let you know exactly what to expect and will work to get you results quickly with a combination of telehealth meetings and usually just one in-person office visit.
